Sakura Nails Salon Policies Welcome! We’re so happy to have you here. 😊 To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all our clients, please take a moment to review our policies. --- Cancellations & Late Arrivals We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or postpone. No-shows: A $15 service fee may be charged to the credit card on file. Late arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you anticipate being later than 15 minutes, please call ahead. Services may be adjusted or refused if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, to respect other clients’ appointments. --- Appointments Appointments only – no walk-ins or group reservations. Credit card required to hold your appointment. --- Gel Services Gel is recommended only on healthy natural nails. Please complete all questions on the consultation form prior to your service. Gel toenail services are not offered at this time. --- 💅 Nail Length, Shape & Design Policies Please review the following before booking your appointment to ensure the best experience and results: --- 📏 Nail Length Policy We currently offer nail lengths from Extra Short to XL: Extra Short: Just beyond the fingertip — natural and clean. Short: Slightly past the fingertip — subtle and practical. Medium: Extended for a balanced, everyday look. Long: Noticeably longer and ideal for bold, detailed styles. XL: Dramatic, statement-making length with maximum impact. 🚨 Please Note: Nail lengths do not go beyond XL. Additional time and product fees may apply for Long and XL sets. --- 💅 Nail Shape Policy Clients may choose from the following nail shapes: Square, Round, Oval, Squoval, and Almond. Please keep in mind that nail shape and length may slightly affect the final look and pricing. --- 🎨 Nail Design Policy Our nail design services are focused on minimal, dainty, and subtle details — perfect for clients who prefer a clean and elevated look without extreme or complex artwork. Minium Nail Design includes 2–4 designed nails per hand with singular, minimal details. This service must be booked with a Gel Manicure, Gel Overlay, or Gel Extensions. Design options include flames, swirls, aura nails, glitter, marble, magnetic (cat-eye), and other subtle enhancements. Premium designs (+$15) such as multi-colored nails, Deep V Frenchie, chrome ombré, or multi-frenchie colors require additional time and product. 📸 We encourage clients to send inspiration photos before their appointment to confirm that their design request aligns with the manicurist’s style and capabilities. Please note that extreme, complex, or hand-painted art is not offered. --- 💅 Airbrush Policy At our salon, your health and safety come first. For this reason, we do not use airbrush techniques on gel nails. When combined with gel products and UV curing, airbrushing can release fine particles that may affect air quality and pose potential respiratory risks. We are committed to maintaining a serene, clean-air environment for every guest. Instead of airbrushing, we offer a range of safe and beautiful nail art alternatives—including hand-painted designs, chrome finishes, and artistic gel techniques—that achieve stunning results without compromising your well-being. 🌸 Thank you for supporting our commitment to a healthy and luxurious salon experience. Please note: This policy is strictly enforced for the safety of all clients and staff. --- Minors We welcome clients aged 12–17. Clients aged 12–15 require parental supervision and consent before any gel services. --- Children & Pets Children under 12 are not permitted in the salon unless receiving services. We do not provide child supervision—please plan accordingly. Pets are not allowed, including service animals, due to severe allergies (especially cats). Emotional support or therapy animals are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding of the safety and comfort of everyone in the salon. --- Product Removal We only remove products applied by Sakura Nails; products applied by other nail technicians will not be removed. Clients must arrive at their appointment with bare nails. --- Mobile Nail Services Available only on Mondays between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Must contact via phone, email, or Instagram DM to schedule. Services include Kirei and gel manicures as well as pedicures. Gel extension manicures are not offered for mobile services at this time. A mileage fee will be added in addition to the service cost. Mobile services are intended for clients who are disabled, immune-compromised, seniors, or physically unable to travel to the salon. --- Photo & Video Policy Sakura Nails may take photos or videos of your nails for promotional, social media, or portfolio purposes. If you do not want us to take photos or videos, please inform your manicurist before your service begins, and we will respect your privacy. Clients are also welcome to take photos or videos of their nails before or after the service. During the service, photos or videos are not permitted to ensure focus, safety, and comfort for both client and manicurist. --- Refunds & Service Satisfaction Please communicate any concerns before paying. Your manicurist will happily adjust your nails or remove enhancements if needed. No refunds are given after you leave the salon. --- Complimentary Fixes Enhancements and gel polish are guaranteed for 5 business days (excluding breakage). Chips, lifting, or issues within 5 days can be repaired free of charge if scheduled within 3 days of notification. Repairs after 5 days or for certain breakages are $10+ per nail. Traditional polish issues must be reported within 24–48 hours for a fix. Note: Nails are jewels, not tools—treat them kindly for long-lasting results! --- Cell Phones Sakura Nails is a place to relax and unwind. Please keep phones on silent or vibrate. Step outside for calls, or let us know in advance if an important call may interrupt your service. Using your phone during service may affect the quality or timing of your appointment. --- Service Policy Every manicure and pedicure is performed dry for a cleaner, longer-lasting result and includes a gentle cuticle exfoliation using professional, high-grade drill bits. This extra care helps maintain healthy nails and gives you a smooth, polished finish that feels as good as it looks. --- Service Time Listed service times are estimates. Factors such as nail condition, product removal, consultation, and intricate designs may affect total time. Additional charges may apply for complex nail art or multiple colors. --- Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone: With contagious nail conditions or open wounds Demonstrating inappropriate behavior Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late Who may compromise the safety, comfort, or experience of other clients --- We are closed only on these holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. --- Complimentary jewelry cleaning is included with all nail services. 📿 We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
